My name is Caitlyn Joy (Caity) and I’ve been working with pottery off and on for many years in this life and most certainly most of my last one. Originally from San Diego and currently putting down roots in Winston Salem, North Carolina, I draw inspiration from motifs that traverse generations and urge us to remember our childlike wonder and passions. I am in love with love, and the ability for people to connect in our universal experiences and emotions. To create is to have an outlet, and to share my work is to grapple with vulnerability and dare to dream that I can touch the heart of a stranger or friend.
